SicoMTB Products is a manufacturer of mountain bike products, designed and made in the UK.
One year after we designed and built SicoMTB Products first ever website they released a new range of products and wanted a fresh new look to go with it. The brief was to use a dark colourway, make the buying process as easy as possible, simplifying the way customers found the product they needed and it should be as easy to use on mobile.
We took to the drawing board and stripped out all the non essentials, the first thing you see is a huge slider showcasing the brand new product range, allowing you to shop by specific product. The next section is a very clearly shown shop by bike section and within those are the correct products for the customers bike this reduced the number of steps from landing on the page to checking out with the correct product down to 2 or 3 depending on the route taken. This has increased sales and minimized the number of returns due to buying incorrect products. The big bold selections and removal of all fluff from the homepage makes this site design work incredibly well on mobile too.
